Proof of Self Employed Income

Hi,

Can you please advice me on how to show the source of my self employed income.

I work for NHS as well as treat patients on a self employed basis. Requirement by UKBA is that we need to show all the sources of income (Tier 1 General, policy guidance document, point 117, pg22), as one of my source of income is from patients and i cannot provide patients contact details due to confidentiality reasons i am trying to find an alternative means for showing my self employed income.

Any advise for my query will be very helpful during my visa extension.
