Hi All,

I just got my ILR based on Tier 1 last week.

I have been married to a British Citizen for the last 4 years and we living together.

My Question is: Do I need to wait for 1 year or Can I apply for Citizenship straight away ?

I don't have any criminal convictions and have not been out of UK for more than 100 days in last 3 years.
