10 years ILR with FLR(m) and maintenance ?

Post by z18runway » Mon Jun 25, 2012 5:47 pm

Hi,

I'll be applying for ILR under long residence category in Jan 2013 ( 8 years student and 2 years psw)
My question is

1)can my spouse apply for FLR (M) at the same time as me, as her visa finishes at the same time as mine ? (our visa finishes exactly 10 year + 10 days) so she cant wait for my settlement

2) should i have to show earning of £18600 ? is this Under the new rules (from july 9) ?

3) If yes,iam contracted for£16,800 (adding from 2 part time jobs). But i work extra hours every week on each jobs, but employers on both jobs said they cant increase my contract but can do extra hours every week. so my query in this point is If I work extra hours, will that reflect as additional income and will that add in annual income ? Will this be considered as the qualifying criteria for maintenance ?

(p.s) after every week extra hours my income comes to £18800.

Thanks in advance.
