UPDATE FROM UKBA...but not sure what!!!

I called the UKBA today after almost 7months since applying for ILR at Croydon via PEO, and the advisor told me that a package has been sent to me but he was either unable to OR didnt want to tell me what was in the package

Is this normal that they wont know what is in the package or the decison given. Has anyoneelse experienced this? Even though, I just have to wait a few days to receive it, I cant but panic panic panic.........
