can i work while i'm waiting for psw visa

I had a tier 4 student visa ( non working / not allowed to work ) & was expired last march. I have finished my course & applied for PSW end of March. Please any one could tell me that I can start working while I'm waiting. thanks.

Section 3C leave has the same conditions as previous leave, so if you were not allowed to work then you will not be allowed to work now.
