Time taking to process Tier 2 dependent visa??

Hi,

Any idea, currently what is the processing time for tier 2 dependent visa from Pakistan. My wife and daughter applied a month ago still no rely from UKBA.
On website, UKBA states 3 weeks is average processing time. Any information? Thanks.
