Current Circumstances form

Am new and in a state of panic has anyone ever been sent a current circumstances from from the Border agency ie asylum team in Leeds?

And yes i am waiting for a response on my fresh claim been 9 months NOW... Please advise what might be likely result or the purpose of it Thank you in advance...
