Can we complete online out country application while in UK ?

Hello Experts,

Actually, my wife is currently in UK on a TIER2 ICT Dependant VISA and has to get a TIER 2 General VISA from India. Now, in order to fasten the process, is it possible to start and complete an out-of-country application online and book an appointment while being in UK ? Ofcourse, the appointment will be for UK VFS in India.

The reason this doubt arose, while I was making an online application it asked about present address and time duration at this address . Also, there is a question about travels to UK with dates. Now these 2 questions got me off-foot as which address to enter (India or UK) and my travel date out of UK will be dependant on the appointment date.

Also, if someone can suggest about average time lag between online application and the date of appointment at VFS ?
