Tier 4 Visa extension Urgent

Hello,
My current student visa was issued to me at the beginning of my undergraduate degree which was to last 4 years. I switched to a three year programme and used the last year to undertake my masters, which ends in September. This visa expires in October and I am looking to extend it using the ukba allowance of 4 months for a 12month course. Is this is good enough reason?
