Hi,
I have been trying to book an appointment for my ILR. My visa expires on Aug23rd, so i should be eligble for pocessing the applcation starting from 27th July. I am planning to apply it in person at croydon office.
When i am trying to book the slot online, first page it would give the message that "You do not currently have any transactions. You should not book an appointment unless you have already submitted an application and you have been informed that your service requires an appointment. ".
Can you please explain me what is this message? How do I submitt the application withoug the appointment?
Please help me......

Hi KGPR!
I heard its next to impossible to get the slot for Croydon PEO within a short period of time.
If I were you I would rather call Home Office directly.
Good Luck and please do share your experience.

Hi Guy,
I sorted out this. The message i was saying is the generic message for the applicants who can submit the application online. For PR/ILR applican't you need to download the form and the fill it by hand and take the application with supporting documents on the day your appointment.
Yesteday midnight 12'O clock i was able to see the slots for Aug 10th and booked the appointment for Aug 10th.
Thanks for you replys.

Today I had my ILR appointment in Solihull. The staff there were very nice and they take the .payment only after checking all documents.
I would suggest people to go to Solihull when possible.
