Visa stamping and UK Entry dates

Hello All,

I entered UK after 2.5months of visa stamping date.Please find the timelines:

Visa Stamp Date : April 2008
Entered UK : June 2008
Applied extension : April 2010
Visa expiring : April 2013

I would be falling short of 2.5 months to go onto ILR and hence would like to know if its mandatory for me to apply for another extension or can directly go for ILR as i have entered UK within 90 days of visa stamping(considering my travel out of UK is purely on Vacation/Business in these 4+ years).

Appreciate your suggestions/inputs.

You don't need to extend. You can apply up to 28 days before the visa stamp date.
