Hello,
Here's my case, I had applied for Tier 4 student visa in July 2011 which was returned within 28 days as there was some problem with the payment from my bank. I then reapplied for my student visa within 28 days without my CAS letter because my college could not provide me a CAS letter as i had not received my English Language results then. Later I received my IELTS results but my college refused to provide a CAS letter as there was some other issues of the college with the UKBA. I then applied to another college and another course which was in the UKBA list at the time of my application and CAS. I sent my CAS letter to the UKBA with a covering letter explaining the change of course, for which I even received my Biometrics letter in November 2011.
Meanwhile I was doing my Masters and waiting for my student visa, but I did not receive it as the college I had applied for went out of the UKBA list. I later received my Masters Degree in Feb 2012. As there was a change in circumstance I applied for PSW on 24th Feb 2012 with a Covering Letter explaining the change in circumstances. I have now received a refund of my student visa fees, which I assume states that they are now proceeding with my PSW application..which is GOOD. BUT, I am worried that as my visa got expired in July 2011, i applied for Tier 4 student visa (for which my decision was pending as the college was out of the list) and I applied for PSW in Feb 2012, and now if they are proceeding with the PSW application, then, when or which date will i be getting the visa from? How will the in-between period be justified? Please help as there are too many complications.
