Extenson of Tier 1 General Migrant

Hello Everyone. I have a query with regards to my Tier 1 Extension. My visa is expiring in August.
I am now 28 years old and would be turning 29 this November.
At the time of my initial application in 2009, I had got 20 points for age.
For my extension since I am now 28 years of age , as per the form I come into second group of 10 points. n you in a
So do I have to go as per my initial application for PBS or will the new points system be applicable to me.

Also I have been trying everyday to search for a PEO application anywhere in the country and it seems all the dates are booked. Has anyone had any information about how to book a PEO appointment online ?
