Unless there was a fault on UKBA's side - there is no way the appeal will be allowed ! I am sorry, but I have been through exactly the same process a couple of months back and I believed I had strong case as my rejection was on salary grounds as well. Lawyers will always tell you what you want to hear that's how they stay in business !Niki11 wrote:My friend had made an appeal for his Tier 2 Visa which was refused on salary grounds.
