travelling on a spouse visa

Post by Wkkrazy » Thu Jun 28, 2012 1:28 am

Hi,

sorry if ive missed this on previous posts but i have been looking around and cannot find the answer.

My wife came to the uk 2 months ago and i want to take her to France for a weekend away. does she need a visa?

If so how do i arrange this and what are the timescales? also potential costs involved?
Thanks

I notice the topic states she will be travelling on a spouse visa. Does this mean you are an EU citizen/Passport holder?

If so the information posted under following sticky will be relevant & helpful. (Directive 2004/38/EC)
