Query regarding partner's last 6 payslips for Tier2 Dep visa

Post by sandyrock » Thu Jun 28, 2012 9:29 am

Hi All,

Need your expert advise on this.
I am planning to apply for a Tier2 General dependant visa from India in July.As a part of documentation process I will need to provide last 6 months payslips for my spouse working in the UK.
As she was on Tier2 ICT visa with her previous employer until April 2012 and was out of Job in May12 and started with her new employer in end of June. As per the rules does one need to provide last consecutive 6 months payslips or is it okay to not provide payslip for 1 month i.e. May12 as she was out of work during that time.

Thanks

I did not come across any such requirement in the policy guidance as such..however saw some posts on this forum where dependents had provided last 6 months payslips for their spouses working in the UK along with their dependent visa application ..so wanted to confirm whether its a mandatory requirement to provide payslips or can do w/o it...as i mentioned in my earlier post that I can provide last 6 months payslips excluding payslip for the month of May as my spouse was out of work during that time..kindly suggest..thanks
