Is sponsership required to work on Tier 2 ICT spouse visa

I am currently in UK on Tier 2 ICT - staff partner visa. It shows in UK Border site that this is a working visa. But do I require a sponsership from any prospective employer for working on this visa?

You mean you are a PBS dependant? You can work freely without sponsorship.

I am not sure what a PBS dependant is ..... please elaoborate. I am spouse dependant of my husband who has a Tier 2 - intra company transfer short term visa.

That's exactly what I was referring to. You are the dependant partner of a Points-based system migrant - a PBS dependant.
