Given visa time period for Internship?

Dear friends,
I got Admission in to NTU for MSc Chemistry which is providing 1Year
internship i.e total 2 yrs along with course period.My doubt regarding this is ,suppose if I got visa for 2 yr and if I not got placed during the placements for internship would the British embassy reduces my visa time period for not getting placed?

You will get placement don't worry NTU will arrange it.
