ILR -enquiry

Post by lili1234 » Thu Jun 28, 2012 8:53 pm

Hello,

I've received some answers here before which were helpful, and I've got another question please.I'm on a Tier 4 visa, will finish my course soon and will be eligible to apply for a an ILR on the 10 years basis.

I wondered if on the application I will make, the SET(O) - will they ask for attendancy from the last term or not.
I attend my classes of curse, however, I do miss a class here and there, not sure if the rate would be sufficient for them if they check....

My college seem to be fine with that though, they are not that strict.

So , do I need to worry about that, or they are not asking for that at that stage, so as long as the college doesn't say anything, it should be fine?

Thanks,
Lilly.
