Got married to a french national, religious (muslim) marriage certificate gone to home office along with all the relevant documengts, girls passport, utility bills, bank statments, marriage photos. she is work full time. document sent to ukba, april 2012.

I Have not my passport this is the reason why i cannot get married under english law, becase the council want to see a passport before you register your marriage.

response recived, may 2012, to send my wife 6 weeks pay slips along with any further bills like electricty bills, that we are living together. this was sent from my solictor to ukba on may 25-05-12, STILL I have not heard any thing from them. UKBA

My question is when will i get the permission to work on the uk on the basis of being a dependent of eea national? some thing called CTO, which allow you to work legally.

please do advise me on this.,

Is someone charging you by the word, because your use of your own style of shorthand, rather than a simple and clear explanation of your circumstances, is severely restricting the capacity of readers to understand what you are trying to say?
