Hi All,
Our situation is something like this. My husband is on work permit which expires on 2nd August 2012. Our son and I are his dependents and our visa is alo valid as long as his. We are planning to apply for ILR and have all our paper work ready but no appointment in any of the offices. Have been trying to get it for almost a month and we are running out of time. About calling home office ...well that is another story.
Has anyone been in such a situation. How do we get an appointment. Will lawyers be able to help us even now when there is just a month.
