Tier 1 General - hand written number on entry stamp

Tier 1 General - hand written number on entry stamp

I am on Tier1 general (biometric card), I was on a holiday and returned yesterday, the immigration officer put the enrty stamp on the passport (which is normal) but he wrote a number on it to by hand, the number starts with PC9******. Does any one knows what is it about?

this is the number on top right hand corner of your BRP
