I will spent 9 years, 2 months and 16 days when my PSW will finish in August 2012.

I am in full time employment.

I am living with my wife and 3 yrs old daughter who will be going to nursery from September 2012.

To qualify for 10 Years Long Residency I will be around 10 months short.

Could someone please tell me:
- Can I apply on FLR(O) at this point of time, if not
- What is the best option open to me? I don't want to lose my full time job.

On what basis would you hope to make an application using that particular form?
