Can I take my money back from Bank after getting visa?

Hi friends,
I am going to deposit money for visa purpose in my bank account ,and then after getting the visa ,can I withdraw my money back nor shall I remain it until I step in UK ?

Student Tier 4 visa

Answer this question and you will get your answer. Does your visa require you to keep money in the bank?

I guess not. So use it as you please my friend. After all its your money, right.
