Docs Received

Post by paulys74 » Tue Jul 17, 2012 9:00 am

Has seemed like a long wait but it is finally here.

Docs sent on April 2nd 2012
Biometrics letter received on 28th may
Biometrics done at Croydon June 7th
Biometrics ILR card arrived 16th July
Documents received 18th July
Fly to Canada on 19th July 2012
15 weeks in Total from sending to receiving

Talk about cutting it fine.

Good luck for every one else.

Yes they will send you a document if you are needed to do the biometrics. The form we were sent can be done at a post office so is quite easy except ours was faulty and we had to go into Croydon.
It took about a month after that for the forms to go through.

It seems the average is about 12 to 16 weeks.

Regards
