TIRE 1 TO PR (EMPLOYED AND SELF EMPLOYED )

Post by tntalluri » Sun Jul 01, 2012 8:35 am

i am on tire 1 general from June 2010. for the yr 2009 - 2010 i showed my income as 40,000.
so I have to pay tax for 2009-10 to hmrc.

for next extension and pr:

question 1: (Year 1): for yr 2010 tp 2011 how much salary? (***********)

(Year 2): for yr 2011 tp 2012 40,000 as per rules and since i showed that amount in extension.

question 2: (Year 3) : for yr 2012 tp 2013 how much salary? (***********)

question 3: (Year 4): for yr 2013 tp 2014 how much salary? (***********)

(year 5) for yr 2014 to 2015 40,000 as per rules

question 4: when applying for pr I need to show all 5 yr records

do i need to show my income 40,000 or above?

hi

if i understand ur situation correctly, u need not show earning for all duration..
its only in 12 months consecutively of 15 monthly period( whichever months u chose) before you apply for extension or pr..

would go through ukba site once again..
