Does anyone know that why cant anyone switch from TIER1 general from

inside UK anymore?

Which visa do you want to switch into from Tier 1 General ??
You can switch from Tier 1 into a few other visa's (like Tier 2 , dependent, etc.) provided you meet those criteria's

However, if you meant why you cant switch from any other visa into Tier 1 General, then you should know the Tier 1 General category is now closed.

Because the immigration rules do not allow it. Simple!
