Hello,

I have got my Tier1 General visa on January, 2011. It is valid till 2013 January.

While going for an extension i have few queries

From January, 2012 to May 2012 i am in India. Can i claim these earnings by converting them to pounds(with No uplift factor)?

My earnings in UK includes quarterly performance bonus. While generating the pay slip my company will not show the deduction of bonus. But they use to pay every quarter based on company performance. This was clearly mentioned in the offer. Can i claim the gross salary including quarterly bonus deducted every month?

Yours valuable inputs are highly appreciated.

yes, I believe.

Can i claim the gross salary including quarterly bonus deducted every month?

If its on your payslip and deposited in account, you can claim.
