I took appointment for my ILR on 30-July-2012 at PEO-Croydon. Please advise on whether my wife and daughter can apply for ILR along with me or do they need an extension of visa?
I'm bit confused / worried with the announcement Dt.13-Jun-2012 which says as below:
"extending the minimum probationary period for settlement for non-EEA spouses and partners from two years to five years, to test the genuineness of the relationship"

Many thanks for anticipation.
Regards.
