Queries regarding Passport form

I need to apply for passport of my son and got following queries. I will appreciate if someone can update on the same:

Current Status: M& & MY wife got ILR and we applied for our son’s (born in uk) naturalization and got certificate few weeks back.

Queries:

1) As my son had Indian passport earlier, do we need to provide details of Indian passport in section 3 (previous passports) ?
2) As we are applying for British passport on basis of naturalization, do we still need to provide details of grandparents ?
3) Section 5: We need to provide place of issue for naturalization certificate. We got the certificate by post and no ceremony was required (as my son is just 1 year old currently) so what to fill in place of issue ?
