For how long we can stay in country after redundancy 4m work

Hi,

Some of my friends at work are on Tier 2 General Visa and unfortunately they made redundant recently from the employer. So for how long they can stay in the country ? and what is the procedure if want to work for any new employer.

I will be very thankful if senior people response to this post.

Their leave will be curtailed. Check the Tier2 guidance. It's around 60 days usually.

They have to find a new employer to sponsor them (COS, Salary etc)
