hi,

Am hoping for some help I am british and my husband is resident in Ireland under eu directive 2004/38/EC and has a 5years resident card 4EUFAM. We applied to visit as houshold member of eea citizen as our dqughter is irish but was refused as original birth certificate was not left with the embassy although they did take a copy to show related.but have now been lead to believe that my husband would be able to enter using his resident card is this correct I am not working we are on sufficent funds. could any one clarifiy this matter?
