Hello everyone, My psw expires on dec2012. My current employer offered me head of department post starting salary from 26k. Its a permanent post. Before taking up the hod post ,they would train me as a deputy under my current hod for 3to 4 years@21k per annum. They were in desparate to sponsor me. We have our own immigration team. So they sent my visa copy to find if i could get any extension. but unfortunately they said that they couldn't provide sponsorship based on my visa status or might be any reason. I have read the rules but i couldn't find the reason.Do anyone quote me the exact reason why i cant' get an extension.Our employer said that the only possiblity i could get the job is by marrying someone of uk citizenship. They also suggested that they would try to find any way to extend my visa..Please advise me ...
