Proofs required

I work through my LTD Company. I am director and 100% share holder. Now a days I am only taking a Gross Salary of £4000.

Now what proofs can i show as my proof of earning???

1. personal bank statements and payslips
2. Do we need bussiness bank statements even if I am not taking any dividends etc
3. Do I still need an accountant letter, if i am not showing and dividends as proof

please advise
