English or life in the uk tests

My wife got entry cleared from India in march 2012.
She graduated from UK and got PSW before marrying me.
We gt married ..she went to India and gt EC



I am applying for FLRtier1 ext in sept2012 and ilr in spt 2014
and naturalisation in sept 2015.
As per new English and family rules....
Does she need to give Ielts?
Wt tests does she or I have to giv before ext or Ilr or citizenship

from October 2013, requiring all applicants for settlement to pass the Life in the UK Test and present an English language speaking and listening qualification at B1 level or above of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages unless they are exempt;

+ we both were given PSW after our student visas..so i think me and my wife satisfy english requirement?
