Applying for Licence to Sponsor

Post by junebal » Mon Jul 02, 2012 5:55 pm

Hi All,

I came back from work upset due to the news I had. My current employer lost the trusted status with UKBA for international students and they currently do not have the licence to sponsor tier 2 general. Is this likely gonna affect the application if my employer do apply for licence to sponsor migrant worker?

What is the procedure and how much will it cost?

What options have I got as a Tier 1 PSW holder if my employer do not have the licence? Please advise I am going crazy thinking about it.

thanks

Basically, if your current employer can not sponsor Tier 2 migrants, then they can't sponsor you or anyone else in that category. You will have to find another sponsor or look at other immigration categories.
