Incone thresold clarity for Indefinite leave to Enter(Child)

Post by Angelica » Tue Jul 03, 2012 2:49 pm

Hello Folks,

I am an ILR holder. Spouse is in the process of applying for ILR. Kids born in UK and have a pending MN1 application.

We intend to bring our first child from Non EEC country but need clarification on our earning power?

1) Do kids born here have anything to do with maintenance thresold or they are NOT subjected to it?

2) The couple will be the joint sponsor, how much is expected for us to be earning?

Really really need help on this.

Thanks

Thanks Sush

1) In that case, are we going to be ok if one of us earn at least £18000 and the other earn £10000?

2) Will original payslips for 6 months be ok for the application?

Thanks

Click on the links given, and read the information there in. The answers to your queries are already available in there.

With regards to mandatory documentary evidences required, either wait for the policy guidance to be updated or make an informed decision based on the information available in the policy guidance as on date.

Thanks Sush.

I have seen the guidance. Can somebody clarify if i need to fill 4 forms for this application;

1)VAF4A

2) Appendix 1

3) Sponsorship Undertaking and

4)Appendix 2 (financial requirement form)

Anyone?

This appears complicated!
