Dependent Schengen Visa for France

Hi

I am an Indian and currently from Chennai. I have a valid Work-permit Business Visa (mentioned as type C in my VISA) to work in Paris for my Parent Organization for a period of less than three months.

I wish to take my spouse on Dependent VISA.

Please clarify the requirements to get a dependent Schengen VISA for Short STAY(Less than 3 months)
