NEED HELP WITH ACCESS TO CHILD VISA APPLICATION

Post by stansmith1999 » Wed Jul 04, 2012 1:28 am

Hello everyone,i need help with applying for access to child visa application, let me explain my situation!!!!

i came to the uk in 2001 illegally and i got married to a british girl in 2009,we had a beautiful baby girl who is now almost 3 years and i applied for a leave based on article 8 and right to family life in the uk in 2011,after 4 weeks i got 3 years discretional leave to remain till 2014.But for the last 6 months me and my wife has been having problems and so we have decided to split up and am currently leaving on my own and my daughter is staying with the mum and i have my daughter every weekend and i pay my ex money every week for her up bringing,

My question is that, can i apply for an access to child visa or should i apply for another 3 years discretional leave? and if i can apply for an access to child visa, can i apply for it in the uk and when can i apply for it and do i wait till my current visa expires or can i do a change of visa?? and if so what form should i use when applying for access to child visa in the uk.

NEED HELP PLEASE,any advice,thanks guys
