Payment declined - advice needed

Post by eclipse » Wed Jul 04, 2012 2:29 am

Good evening,

I sent my tier-4 visa application on June 15 and UKBA received it on June 18. On June 23, I got a letter which states that my application had been forwarded to Sheffield on June 19. However, my bank declined the payment because apparently I provided the wrong CVV number.

I called UKBA and spoke to a lady who told me that the best thing to do is to wait because my application is going to be returned to me as invalid. And it would take 20 business days if i requested my documents to be returned to me.

In the meantime, my visa expired (29/06) and I sent a change of circumstance form providing the right CVV number.

I haven't received any answer from them. Anyone in a similar situation? I'm not sure how best to proceed.

Many thanks!
