Max days allowed UK

Hi,
I am in tier 1 - the 2 yr one and expires next year
For how many days am I allowed to travel outside Uk on vacation. ?

Also I go on business trips within Europe often . Would those days be counted
As days of absence as well ?

In case I work in Germany for a few months ( with a German work permit) will I be able to Renew my tier 1 visa in Uk still ?

I tried the ukba site but couldn't find this info .( have to admit I havent go r thru ALL documents and that's why I am posting the question )

Along with the answers to the questions could I also have evidence from ukba site please

I am considering new job offers so a response would be of immense help

Tier 1 visa do not have any limit for your travel outside UK. It only comes into picture when you apply for ILR. However, if you are worried about your extension, then you can be outside UK for your whole duration and can still apply for Tier 1 extension once you are back in UK.
