I'm a British national, living in the U.K with my wife, seeking advice on how to call my elderly parents to the U.K on the elderly dependant visa.currently they are in Pakistan.we are two brothers and four sister At the moment me and my brother and my 3 sisters are in uk .One of my sister is in in pakistan and married and is too busy with her own life.I have been sporting them for last 1 year and have got proof for that as well.My father is 67 and mother is 58 and they both have been in bad health and have got many issues as my dad is heart patient diabetes and my mum has got diabetes chlestrol and many other medical issues..please help me with this and give me advice that could prove helpful.I want to know how to call them to the U.K.will there be any problem regarding my sister staying in pakistan?.me and wife going to be a main sponsership and our total earning are 20000.00/year plus we have got 2 kids.can you please tell me is it enough to sponser them plus how many months bank statements and wageslip do we needs.another question i want to know if because of any reason application get refuse will i have right to appeal or not coz somebody told me you won't have a right of appeal and if they did get the visa for how long this visa will be valid according to new rules? As far as from 9 jully 2012 new rules are implementing as iam applying after these rules implementation i know it is really difficult and expensive application and please advise me is it worth to put this application on the basis of new rules is there any grounds for success?because if there are any ground for this application i will go a head otherwise i don't want to waste my time and money?
