Wife's ILR

I am a British Citizen and my wife is a Canadian national. She came to UK in 2007 on a student visa. She then applied for PSW and then Tier 1. We got married in November 2009, however, she has been on her own Tier 1 visa which is due for renewal next year May.

Questions:
1. Is she eligible for ILR considering she is married to British national for over 2 years?
2. Can she change her status to dependent from within the country or does she need to go back to Canada and apply?
3. Which form if any do we need to use?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

2. If she wishes to, she may switch to FLR(M) leave.
