Can Anyone tell me the difference between British National and British Citizen?
The question is... to be or not to be....

Try Wikipedia. In short BC is one form of British nationality.

Lord Goldsmith citizenship review is a good reference document - that explains the different (obsolete and current) classes of British nationality.
