ILR receiving documents

Hi List,

I have applied for ILR on Feb, but have not received it yet. I know that I should be still waiting.

I just remember that I did not provided a special delivery envelope for UKBA to return my documents, as I don't remember I was asked to do it. Also I have seen some instances in this forum, where candidates provided the special delivery envelopes, but the UKBA have not used them, as they have posted documents using second class recorded.

Now I am really concern for my documents being lost while being posted by second class recorded. If I send a special delivery envelope to UKBA addressing my reference number, would you think the UKBA will use the envelop to post my documents with?

They might do, they might not, who knows?

I think you should try to avoid unnecessary correspondence whilst your application is being decided. Just stop worrying and wait for the outcome.
