What to do now?

My Tier 1 PSW will expire in 7 weeks time and
my company is still waiting for their sponsorship
license.

It is likely that they may not receive the license
to sponsor my Tier 2 Work Permit before I run
out of visa.

01. Please advise what to do now!

02. Can I wait here a little longer after my visa expires?
