my sister has a son that was born in 2008 he is now three years old at that time the father of the child was in ireland married to an irish but wasnt an irish then. but now he holds an irish passport and have relocated to the united kingdom can he apply for the child has a dependant or what can he do to assit his child. pls we need advice his mum is an overstayer but the boys dad is still married to the irish
