hi
i am work permit holder, completing 5 years augest end,which form i will choose me and wife and 2 years child,let me know please tell one form enough for 3 people,what are the douments need,my wife have no bank account ,my wife proof only aggrement for house lease agreement,let me know its enough for her apply ilr,what are the document need me and my child.your reply helpfull for me,how many days before i will book online appointment augest month appointment now its self book online

No disrespect or offence intended, but reading your post it appears that your english is not good at all, and as a result you might not be able to make full sense of the information provided, and may not be able to act on that information independently.
I suggest you go to a good immigration advisor or solicitor who will guide you through the process.

I do not live in London. I do know a solicitor based in southall. Known and dealt with them for past 15 years, but I am not sure I am allowed to give out solicitors address on the forum.
