Job for russian TS/CD in any country

Hi I'm Kira .. I'm 27yo ..I'm from Russia.
I have IT diploma(master degree)
and IELTS 5.5
I'm TS (off hormonal therapy still so just CD).
I'm looking for any job(include adult jobs) in any country.(mmm.. english has to be one of official languages).
