Duplicate biometric residence permit letter

Hi,

I have given BRP details at Luton post office on June 6th 2012, but today I received another letter dated July 4th asking for the BRP withing 15 days from the date on the letter. Whom should I contact? does anyone in the forum has similar experience? any suggestions/help will be highly appreciated.

I don't have such experience but can suggest you email AppointmentExceptions and also call them. Both contacts are mentioned in the letter.

Both have their own downsides (i.e., delay in response vs long wait on premium number)...

Call them. If you are still unsure, assume they haven't received your previous biometric and do it again. Keep post office receipt. That's what I would do at least.
